Materials must be suited precisely to their intended application and the physical environment, as well as to your budget and design specifications. The professionals at Accurate Perforating have the knowledge and experience to guide you in choosing the perforated material that is right for your project. Then, we take care of the rest - the tooling, equipment, and processes to correctly form and weld your materials for their end uses. As a custom manufacturer, nothing we fabricate is "off the shelf." From perforated plates and panels to sheets and coils, we manufacture the right product to your specifications.

Accurate Perforating works with perforated materials up to 3/8" thick and 60" wide, standard. Under particular circumstances, we can perforate aluminum sheets and other materials up to 1" thick and up to 72" wide in sheet or coil. We have the experience to share what we've done in the past with similar applications and what tooling and patterns will work for specific gauges and materials. Our location in Chicago, IL, has access to the proper equipment and expertise to do small or large production runs, depending on your needs.

Made for Multiple Applications

Just as there is a wide range of perforated metal materials to choose from, there are also virtually limitless ways to use them. The durability and versatility of perforated steel sheets make them perfect for almost anything you can imagine. From functional uses to purely decorative ones, Accurate Perforating can deliver solutions that can fit your operations and properties.

For example, the texture of perforated panels helps dampen sound waves. This makes them ideal for noise control in facilities where the loudness of equipment or the environment poses a challenge to comfort and safety. The food industry frequently uses perforated stainless steel to create conveyor belts, sterilization racks, and other essential tools. They're also used inside electronics (especially data centers) to shield components from interference while allowing enough ventilation to prevent overheating. Metal sheets can be perforated in almost any pattern imaginable, enabling you to create customized, eye-catching signage or unique interior design elements.

No matter what you need your metal to do, choosing the suitable material for the job is crucial to maximizing its value. Fortunately, the experts at Accurate Perforating have the knowledge and expertise to help you find a solution with the right look and functionality to fit your requirements.
