Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you all for your continued support of Accurate Perforating and Accurate Metal Fabricating. Our mission continues to be the right partner for your business. The Accurate Team and I look forward to working together in 2023. 

In 2022 we made several investments in Accurate. These investments are a direct result of our continued partnership with you, our customer. Here are just some of the improvements we made in 2022.

• New Location: This summer and fall, we moved into a new 130,000-square-foot location in Cicero, IL. This location combined the processes of Marvel Manufacturing (a company we acquired in 2021) with AMF’s original Kostner location. Stay tuned this summer for a fun Open House Event.
• New Powder Coating Paint Line: To further expand our fabricating capabilities, we added an automated power-coating paint line. We can now perforate metal, fabricate metal, and paint metal.
• New Laser: In 2022, we also installed a new Bystronic 6KW laser with load and unload automation, capable of lights-out production.
• More equipment: We also added 3 CNC turrets, 5 press brakes, and 14 additional spot-welding stations.

As we begin 2023, we will continue to invest and be flexible through tailor-designed solutions that will make your job easier. One such way is new warehouse space that will come online in the summer of 2023. This space will help with inventory programs to ensure you receive metal according to your schedule. Whether you need perforated coils or sheets, or a fabricated and painted part, I’m excited about the future of Accurate Perforating and Metal Fab. As I already mentioned, I look forward to working together in 2023.
